Hukulk can be found deep within Grobb. He is the Shadow Knight guild leader that new Troll Shadow Knights turn in their note to in exchange for some awful shirt.
He asks you to bring him 4 bone chips. Bone chips can be found on almost any skeleton in the game, but the easiest place to find them is on the Decaying Skeletons outside Grobb in Innothule Swamp.
As a reward, you will receive a Rusty Two Handed Sword (Damage 9, Delay 50) that can be sharpened with a Sharpening Stone purchased for 8 or 9 copper at the entrance of the Shadow Knight guild.
