To do this, you reportedly you must have the Planar Traveller's Manual (see Level 1 quests) and have it equipped.
You say, 'Hail, Zauvudd Gigoth'
Zauvudd Gigoth says 'This is good. One of the most important aspects to your battle readiness is your strong willpower and bravery. Years ago I discovered a particular concoction that will very readily put your willpower to the test. Unfortunately I ran out not too long ago and I am in need of some more [Planar Blood Brew]. If you can make some more for my students, it would certainly look favorably upon you in your future teachings. Bring me some along with your Planar Traveler's Manual.'
You say, 'What Planar Blood Brew?'
Zauvudd Gigoth says 'To make the infamous Planar Blood Brew, you must attain some Nightmare Mephit Blood, Slarghilug Blood, Bubonian Blood, Soda Water, Grapes, a Cask, a Cork, and a Corking Device. Mix them in a Brew Barrel, and if you are skilled enough, the resulting swill should curl the hairs on even the hardiest of traveler's heads!'
Give him the Planar Blood Brew and your Traveller's Manual to get the Beginner Combat Manual.
The recipe for the Brew yields 3 doses. I'm not sure if you need one or all 3.
The Planar Blood Brew is DROPPABLE.
Nightmare Mephit Blood comes from Nightmare Mephits in the Plane of Nightmare. It is droppable and stackable.
Slarghilug Blood comes from Slarghilugs in the Plane of Nightmare. It is
NO DROP and not stackable.
Bubonian Blood comes from bubonians in the Plane of Disease and Crypt of Decay. It is droppable and stackable.
The corking device is made from tinkering (combining cog, sprocket, gear, grease, branch of sylvan oak (foraged), and a blue diamond) in a Toolbox) and is trivial at 174.
The remaining components can be bought at most brewing vendors.
Since the Slarghilug Blood is NO DROP, that must be gathered by the master brewer. The items must then be combined in a Brew Barrel. The combine is trivial somewhere above 200. Once again, the finished brew is DROPPABLE so you don't have to raise your brewing skill all the way up to get this.
